I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness. With a family history of heart disease, diabetes, and dementia, I did what most people do: eat less and exercise more. Even then, I still found myself facing pre-diabetes.

That changed when I discovered a lifestyle approach to health and fitness. No shakes. No powders. No deprivation. Just real food, a smarter way to eat, and more attention to a balanced way of life - focusing on sleep, hydration, stress, supplements, AND food and exercise. Within a year, my blood sugar stabilized, and I was no longer pre-diabetic.
